รับน้อง - รับน้องคล้องมาลัย เป็นกิจกรรมหนึ่งของนักศึกษา ม.อ.วิทยาเขตปัตตานีในช่วงเปิดเทอมแรก ปัจจุบันรูปแบบกิจกรรมมีการปรับเปลี่ยนไป เนื่องจากมีนักศึกษาที่เป็นคนในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้มากขึ้น แต่ยังคงความหมายของการช่วยเหลือดูแลระหว่างรุ่นพี่รุ่นน้องเหมือนเดิม
