Despite his current neutral stance, Gartman does not necessarily see the bull market as being over, but at present he is not tempted by the idea of Buying Gold.
"The bull market is probably still extant," he says, "but it doesn't act all that bullishly, and it hasn't enticed me to come back in. So, I'm not bearish on gold, I'll just let other people trade it."

EUR/USD 4 hours chart shows price testing 20 SMA around 1.3100, while indicators head south

a strong static support zone in between 1.3070/80, so a break below this last should signal further slides over the upcoming hours that could extend towards 1.3000 200 EMA in the mentioned time frame.

To the upside, the pair presents first resistance now at 1.3145, although will only recover the bullish bias above 1.3180, towards the 1.3240 price zone.

FED มีมติคงอัตราดอกเบี้ยระยะสั้น (fed funds rate) ที่ระดับ 0 - 0.25 % พร้อมกับยืนยันว่า เฟดจะยังคงรักษาอัตราดอกเบี้ยให้อยู่ในระดับต่ำเป็นพิเศษต่อไปอย่างน้อยจน ถึงปี 2014 นั้นสร้างความกังวลเรื่องปัญหาเงินเฟ้อขึ้นอีกครั้ง อีกทั้งยังสะท้อนให้เห็นว่าเศรษฐกิจของสหรัฐฯนั้นยากที่จะฟื้นตัว

- ฟิทช์ เรทติ้งส์ ประกาศลดอันดับความน่าเชื่อถือของอิตาลี, สเปน, เบลเยียม, สโลวีเนีย และไซปรัส
