        ฝรั่งไปที่ไหน เขาก็เอาวัฒนธรรมของเขามาด้วย เผอิญว่า ยังไม่เคยไปที่กัว อินเดีย อยากไปเห็นว่า เป็นแบบเมืองไทยหรือเปล่า แต่คิดว่า ไม่น่าใช่ เพราะที่ทาเมล เนปาล เขาก็เรียบร้อยดี เหมือนถนนข้าวสาร ยามเงียบสงบของบ้านเรา คิดว่า วัฒนธรรมการเต้นเสา น่าจะมีมาตั้งแต่สมัย GI ครองเมือง สงครามเวียดนาม

        ได้ครับ ไปได้ตามปกติ ปิดไม่ให้ดำน้ำแค่บางจุดเท่านั้น ส่วนจุดอื่นๆยังเปิดตามปกติครับ จริงๆแล้วเขาปิดบางจุดมาตั้งแต่หลัง tsunami แล้ว แต่ไม่เห็นเป็นข่าวมากเท่าไหร่ ไม่เหมือนครั้งนี้ ที่เล่นข่าวกันจนตกอกตกใจ

        If you’re a Buddhist it’s OK to believe God was the first cause... It really doesn't go against the teachings of the Buddha, his focus was on suffering.


        Buddhist's don't believe God can end suffering. Only the teaching's of the Buddha can help us end suffering through wisdom and the activity of compassion.

        In his whole life and in all his teachings the Buddha never said anything about the One God of the desert.

        Forgiveness is something we all need to work on everyday. Its not just the idea of forgiving someone, it is much more complicated. Getting to the point of forgiveness in the first place means you have already spiralled through anger and even possibly ignorance. But what happens when you let someone or something get to you on this deep level? And if they have hurt you and forgiveness may not be able to be given how do you know what to do?

        My feelings tie me down to many things in this life. Feelings are both my blessing and my curse. They help me to make deep connections with people. And at the same time I let relationships get to me on a deeper level when they go sour. I think this may be my biggest project to work on about my self. Struggling with this is difficult and possibly the main source of my suffering in life. But I guess acknowledging it is the first step to moving through the process of working on it, right?

    I recorded this piece in 1989 and recently found the reel-to-reel tape. This is an original composition based on the prayer attributed to St. Francis. Unfortunately the tape had severely deteriorated...the ferrite particles were literally falling off the tape. I have done the best I could to restore the sound, but there is some noise on the recording I could not remove. However, I thought you would like this quiet meditation. I love St. Francis for his love of Christ and for his love of all of God's creatures... I too, want to be a channel of God's Peace and Forgiveness... The Koi Fish are very important to me. In 2004 I was under terrific pressure to make a decision that I did not want to make and that would change my life forever...I had to make a very large personal sacrifice in order to make things be better for everyone concerned... I was standing in front of a pool of Coy Fish at Fashion Island Shopping Mall and out of desperation I said "God I need a sign to know if I am making the right decision...will you make these fish pop their heads out and look at me if I am on the right track"---never really expecting it would happen... When all of a sudden several fish did just that!! I was stunned... I walked around to the other side of the pool about 30 ft from where the fish were...and said "God, I can not believe I really saw that...I know it's too much to ask, but if you really made that happen, please, make just one more fish pop it s head up for me..." All of a sudden a white coy fish left the group, swam right up to me, popped it's head out of the water and looked right at me, than dropped back into the water and went back to the other fish... I was in shock...But my request was answered by God and I followed through with my decision...to the betterment of all...even if my heart broke... Prayer of Saint Francis Make me an instrument of your peace Where there is hatred let me sow love Where there is injury pardon Where there is doubt faith Where there's despair hope Where there is darkness, light and Where there's sadness, joy Oh Divine Master Grant that I may not so much seek To be consoled as to console To be understood as to understand To be loved as to love For it is in giving that we receive It is in pardoning that we are pardoned and It is in dying that we are born to eternal life It is uploading in the rain...
