Political Prisoners in Thailand for lese majeste
The total number of political prisoners for treason (Act 112), which are still in prison is 7 persons 

1. Ms. Darunee Charnchoensilpakul, incarcerated in prison Laksi suffers considerably molar abscess.
His prison sentence is 15 years. 

2. Mr. Prueksakasemsuk Somyot, detained at Bangkok Remand Prison, suffering from underlying diseases, namely hypertension and gout, without regular access to care or proper medical check-up or blood test for more than 15 months. These underlying conditions could deteriorate without symptoms.
His prison sentence is 10 years plus 1 year suspended sentence. 

3. Mr. Surachai Danwattananusorn, imprisoned in the jail of Bangkok, has undergone a medical check-up and is now awaiting an operation for prostate enlargement.
His prison sentence is 10 years and a half 

4. Mr. Thantawut Thaweewarodomkul, held at Bangkok Remand Prison, was sentenced to 13 years in prison and a son aged 11 who is supported by his friend.
His prison sentence is 13 years 

5. Mr. Wanchai Saetan, detained in prison in Bangkok, is a Thai-Singaporean and was sentenced to 15 years in prison. His wife can visit him once a month because of financial constraints.

6. Mr. Yuttapoom Martnork has his own business. He is currently on trial and imprisoned since September 2012. He was arrested because his brother was reported to the police that had Yuttapoom write an inappropriate message on a CD.

7. Akechai Hongkangwan: Thursday, March 28, 2013, the Bangkok Criminal Court sentenced Akechai to three years and four months in prison for selling a CD video documentary television news Australian deemed offensive to the royal family.
His prison sentence is three years and four months.
